The aim was to make treatment more convenient by a digital experience that would keep patients connected, consistent, and supported even when the clinic was not open.

As with other chiropractic clinics, patient engagement ended the moment they left the clinic. Appointment scheduling was manual, post-treatment contact was irregular, and there was no easy way to monitor patient recovery remotely.

The need was for a safe and comprehensive platform that would:

  • Assist doctors in easily organizing schedules and doing follow-ups
  • Support video calls, texts, and transactions
  • Keep data privacy in compliance with the highest HIPAA regulations

Our Approach

At First, We Portrayed Actual User Pathways, How Patients Make Appointments, Check In, And Interact With Doctors. After That, We Created A User Experience That Is Intuitive And Smooth, Even For Non-Technical Individuals.
